Owner lives 3-4 days per week in the bedroom depending on the work related meetings in Estes Park. Owner will communicate his presence by texting you in advance if & when he is there to stay. If there's only one person renting, the rent including the mentioned utilities will be $1,500/ month and one month rent will be the security deposit. If two persons are renting the room then it will be $1,800/month the mentioned utilities and one month rent will be the security deposit. This property is a non- smoking area and the one car parking is guaranteed in front of the attached garage. Additional car can be parked off-street in one of the available parking spaces. This lease remain month to month basis and rent will be paid on first of every month.
