Access to Information
We believe consumers and agents should have easy and free access to all available real estate information. That means everyone should have equal access to all home listings. Consumers should be able to see all available homes for sale — including new construction homes and properties listed for sale by owner — in a single search experience.
Independent Representation
We believe buyers and sellers should be represented by an agent who works solely for their best interests.
Fair & Transparent Compensation
We believe buyers and sellers deserve transparency regarding agent fees. Consumers should know who pays these fees and that they are negotiable.
