The property is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood close to beaches, major shopping centers, restaurants, schools and entertainment venues. Areca palms and fragrant spider lilies surround the property for privacy. The fully furnished house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a kitchen with a dining area, a living room and a large screened-in lanai with an adjacent even larger paved patio. There is an adjacent one-bedroom apartment attached to the building which is already rented to my acupuncturist doctor for the long term. You may rent it unfurnished at $2000 or furnished at $2500 per month with a yearly lease. You'll have to fill out an application and provide copies of your most recent credit reports, pay stubs and bank statements. You'll need the first month and the last month rents plus a security deposit of the same amount. The deposit is due upon the acceptance of the application. The first and the last month rents are due upon the signing of the lease. For the season months you'll have to pay for your entire stay in advance.
