There's a one time none refundable cleaning fee of $350, refundable $5000 deposit, and the first month rent required before move in. No Pets are allowed inside Option 2: Rent for shared housing including utilities, garbage, and the internet: Bedroom 1 with a king bed and a private deck: $1200 a month for the first person, each additional person pays additional $120.
