There is room to go slightly larger with the building, I have piles of notes and diagrams and plans to go with the property if needed. There was once a house on the old concrete pad which you can still drive on but cannot build on. That house burned down over 20 years ago. The cased well at the southeast corner of the property has been checked. It is 107 ft deep and the water level is 77 ft.
