• Will check references, credit, background. No pets, as 3-4 dogs are staying at the doggie hotel. Must love dogs. $1400/mo rent, $100/mo for all utilities, $1200 deposit. Rent and utilities due on first of month (first month pro-rated). Late on 10th of month. After that $50 late fee. If over 40 days past due, will give eviction notice. No tobacco smoke anywhere on the property. Parking is on the street and usually readily available. Prefer someone who is clean and organized, usually quiet, nighttime sleeper, dog lover (but not have one).
