The queen size bed and sofa are built in, but otherwise the cottage is set up to rent either furnished or unfurnished. Wifi is fast. *Linen Roman shades have been added to all of the windows since the photos were taken. The outdoor shower attached to the bathroom is the only shower in the casita. An efficient heat pump provides heat and AC. Annual lease, not a short term rental. No pets please. All utilities (water + sewer, gas, electric, garbage, fast wifi) and a monthly professional deep cleaning are an additional $200/month. We are also offering an 18 month lease option at $3400/mo.
