House in NW Portland! We are looking for a considerate and independent roommate to rent a private bedroom in a large three bedroom home. (Couples can be considered as well). The current residents are myself (Ash), and Mel. We generally keep to our rooms. We value a calm and respectful household and are seeking someone who is comfortable with a quiet and low drama living environment. We both enjoy doing art and both work in kitchens in the restaurant industry. Current use of space: Mel's space includes their private bedroom and use of the shared areas such as the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and storage. My space includes my private bedroom and the secondary living room, which I use as an art space and for my dog, Oppa! The remaining areas of the house are for you! This includes: One private bedroom Exclusive use of the main living room Exclusive use of the dining room (if needing extra space) You will also share access to the kitchen, bathrooms, laundry, and basement storage! You will be free to decorate or furnish your spaces as you wish. Pets: One dog lives here named Oppa. She is friendly and loves cats Other dogs may be considered but must be screened prior to moving forward, as not all dogs are compatible. We have a small unfenced yard but Forest Park is very close by! Rent and costs: $1,300 per month $850 deposit Rent includes gigabit internet, cable (if you want to connect to that for TV), water, garbage, sewage, laundry, storage space, free parking, and electricity.
