This is NOT a year-long rental. We are leasing "midterm" and ideally from May to mid-October. Also, ideally, we would prefer to rent to a couple or small family, as the third bedroom has been converted to an office/den. No AC in Garage *Upright piano *With exception of stairwell and area rugs, house tiled floor that looks just like wood. Maximum renters 4 No smoking of any kind, indoor or on patio. Parking for one car only. Other car free parking on side-street 2 month minimum rent. 3-5 preferred This is not a sublease or year-long rental. Maintenance - light upkeep of small patio garden (on auto sprinkler) and two tiny indoor plants Change of air filter, and possibly forwarding of mail 1x per month for owners (and paid for by owners)
