I'm looking for someone to rent my semi-furnished two room apartment starting March 24, 2026. I've lived here for 15 years and would love to find a respectful person to take over the space while I'm away on a work trip. I'm hoping to find a tenant for a minimum of a 3-month commitment, but I can be flexible. Since I'm not certain how long I'll be away, there is a good chance the apartment will be available for 6-months to 1-year. Located on a quiet street near the intersection of Parrish and Bucknell Streets, this second floor apartment is in a three-unit building above a well-regarded fitness studio. It is sunny, has great airflow due to windows on three sides, and includes some plants & art. There are two bedrooms in the apartment on opposite sides of the living space. The room currently setup as a bedroom is south facing and gets a lot of natural light. This room is attached to the kitchen/ living room. There is a large desk and office chair in the bedroom next to the window and is a peaceful and comfortable place to work. The second bedroom is on the north side of the space and is connected to a private roof deck with a propane grill and garden. I've used this room as an office in the past, but you would need to supply basic office furniture (or move the desk that's currently in the bedroom to this space). You'll have access to the entire apartment including full kitchen with gas stove & disposal, Fios wifi/ Smart TV/ Sonos/ smart lighting system, living room, full bathroom, roof deck / garden and mini garage / bike storage space. Most furnishings in the photos are included in the apartment rental. This apartment is a few blocks north of Fairmount Ave. (restaurants, bars, bodegas, and even a gas station), and a few blocks south of the Girard trolley line. A few blocks west is the Art Museum (Rocky Steps) and the Schuylkill River bike path. Target and Whole Foods are a 15 minute walk south. The price is $1950 / month plus utilities.
