The ranch has legal access from the a county maintained gravel road called Pescadero Road, and all services including a small county airport are located just south of the ranch in or around the city of Montpelier. The ranch offers excellent habitat for moose, elk, and deer, all of which inhabit the ranch during most seasons of the year, offering the sportsman excellent private hunting opportunities.
