The house: Stylish home in the heart of Temescal, located steps away from Telegraph and College Ave. Fully flipped and renovated in 2021 with open layout concept featuring living room, dining room, kitchen, and private master bedroom upstairs. The neighbors on the street are wonderful - I've hosted the entire block in my backyard a few times, and it truly feels like a community. This space will be available starting on May 1, 2026 and I'm looking for a 2-year commitment.
