This is one of few view lots in the west end of Nantahala Gorge, close to the put-in and fishing on upper Nantahala, as well as Nantahala Lake and Lake Santeetlah. Quick climb to huge views, this lot looks at the flanks of Cheoah Bald and to the sunset west of the gorge. In spring and fall, the north side of the gorge is a wall of color with one of the best views around.
