Very private 400 acre tract located at the end of Millstone Mountain Road in Cumberland County, Tennessee. This tract is at the top of Barnes Mountain and has tremendous views in all directions. Their is one out parcel on the top of the mountain with a cabin which that owner crosses this tract as access. Historical access from the end of the county road crosses two landowners and is considered prescriptive by the present owners. The approximate end of the county road is shown on the attached map as well as the two owners the road crosses. This road has been used for over 50 years but is not a legal written easement. The owners are attempting to get a legal easement and if they are successful the asking price will be adjusted.
