This is vacant land, near Copake Lake. Two lots (side by side) totaling 0.13 acres. I believe, deeded lake rights to Copake Lake. The land is very nice, flat with trees. The land would be on Melvin Road, but Melvin Road stops, evidently the town doesn't maintain the road up to the property. So, the property can be accessed through Leroy Road up a side road or long driveway, which may be, I presume, a Right-of-Way. The map is not accurate.
