Millstream Manor has a lovely 2,000-square-foot floor plan with a patio to sit and enjoy the sights and sounds of Langford, along with a bonus view of the famous Trans-Canada Highway. The open-concept kitchen lets you chat and prepare your favorites. There are stainless appliances and high-end finishing throughout. There is a BBQ and a fire pit for your own use. We have been managing furnished rentals since 2008, we are trusted and insured, and we aim to make owners and clients happy with the right accommodation for their needs. 1. A license to occupy agreement is mandatory to be signed as soon as the reservation is confirmed. 2. A Damage Deposit is required to be paid once the reservation is confirmed. It is refundable upon checkout if no damage has occurred to the unit/house. 3. If your stay is more than 30 days, there will a mid-stay cleaning fee added after every 30 days. 4. Please note you must be 25 years or older to make a reservation. 5. All our properties have a $500 bylaw fine for smoking within the unit and the building. This includes vaping and marijuana.
