Headwaters Garden and Learning Center is an Ecovillage in Cabot, VT. The land ownership is structured as a condominium/community land trust, so most of the land is owned in common, except for the site your home is on. We have four home sites available - four families already live here. We have a large community garden and orchard, a greenhouse, and a pond. We are surrounded by forest that has conservation restrictions, yet walking distance from Cabot Village - public water and sewer are available on site. The road, sewer, electric, and internet are in - the whole arrangement is structured to be permanently affordable. We have a process for joining - we'd love to meet you.
