It is an age restricted community with a Homeowners Association. The resident of the home must abide by the rules and regulations of the San Ignacio Villas Homeowners Association. At least one person residing on the property must be 55 years of age or older. A co habitant on the property must be 45 years of age or older. No person that is less than 18 years of age shall reside on the property for longer than three months in a 12 month period.
