Two bedroom, one bath cottage home. Home sits on a corner lot with fenced backyard, one car garage and nestled in a quiet neighborhood. Location close to grocery stores, pharmacy and local restaurants. Stackable washer and dryer, refrigerator, stove/oven is included. Renter is responsible for all utilities, no smoking allowed in the home, four people maximum (each adult will be required to fill out an application, provide references, and provide proof of income. We don't have much history on how much utilities run, however, we've paid around $150 for electric and $110 for gas during the month of February (this is not a guarantee but only an estimate of possible utility costs - of course, the cost will depend on your personal usage). No pets are allowed, no storage of large items on the property such as a boat, large campers, etc. Tenant is responsible for the proper upkeep of the home and will notify, in a timely manner, the landlord of any problems that require maintenance or repair. We provide a walk-through of the property prior to move-in to make note of the condition of the property. A walk-through will also be made prior to move-out to note any damage to the property that tenant will be responsible for. Security deposit (less any cost for damages if applicable) will be returned afterwards. Lease is for one year.
