Credit and Legal History: Applicants must not have any evictions or unpaid judgments from previous landlords. A responsible financial history is essential, with a required credit score of at least 600. Background Check: A thorough background check will be conducted on all applicants over 18, which must reflect a pattern of responsibility. Non-Smoking Policy: All applicants must be non-smokers. Occupancy Limit: Occupancy is limited to two people per bedroom. Lease Term: Minimum lease term is 1 month.
