Grocery stores nearly are King Soopers, Safeway, Targets, Walmart. There are also Sprouts, Natural Grocers, and Whole Food stores within the 10-15 minute driving distances. The property is about 4 miles from I-25 off of Woodmen Rd. There are also quite a few restaurants in the area if you are not up to cooking while on travel/vacation.
Hollywood Theater is about 10-15 minutes north and IMAX theater is about 10-15 minutes south on Powers Blvd, depending on traffic and time of day.
If you are in town to visit families at any of the Air Force bases, you are about 20 minutes away from PAFB and SAFB.
If you are travel nurses, doctors, or medical interns, the house is location 2-2.5 miles away from St. Francis Medical Center and Memorial North Hospital, respectively. It is only about 6 miles from the medial campus downtown, which is also where one of the major facilities of Colorado Springs Health Partner (CSHP) is located.
For tourists who come to Colorado Springs to explore the area, the property is location less than 20 miles from the major attractions like Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Winds, Seven Falls, the Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs. It is about 10 minute drive to downtown Colorado Springs. You can actually enjoy downtown activities during the day and come back to a nice and quiet that is kid and family friendly neighborhood in the evenings. If you are up to driving a bit further, Royal Gorge Bridge and Cripple Creek Casino are a bit over an hour drive away.

For health reason and sanitary purposes, I have three hard rules: no smoking inside the house, no shoes (if you have indoor shoes or indoor slippers, you can use them), and no pet. If you lose any key to the house, please inform me ASAP and there is a $25 charge for each key replacement.
