We are not responsible for lost mail. - Small pets considered with owner approval with a one time pet fee of $75 and we require a refundable security deposit. -Month-to-month lease with a 30-night minimum and a maximum of 6-month lease. -A signed lease agreement is required -Security deposit (1 month's rent) required with pets. -One Time Cleaning Fee of $195 -$45.00/30 days for $3,000 damage insurance policy.
