This barn has no doors. Part of it has collapsed. The other sections appear stable but to be safe, do not enter. The roof has a few holes. Perc test was positive. It will be hard to build on this land because of access issues as a bigger easement or access road would be needed. Beuchert Pl. is not for public use. It looks like the only access to lot 13 is a 12 foot wide strip of land shown on the plat. This is overgrown and needs to be located.
