It includes a queen-size bed, plus a new daybed, washer/dryer, fully stocked kitchenette (hot plate, toaster oven, microwave, a Keurig and a Ninja drip coffee pot, small fridge, pots and pans, and plenty of dishes and glassware), plus other essentials like coffee, toilet paper, paper towels for starters and a well-lit work area. Welcome working Nomads, medical and educational professionals. Two adults will be comfortable. This is a Midterm rental, though we will negotiate with some exceptions.
Utilities are included with a reasonable cap. A three month minimum is preferred but 30 days is acceptable. Doggie rent and refundable deposit is required.
