Clean, spacious, empty room with new windows! You will have your own bathroom with new sinks and showers, whether you rent the upstairs room or one of the one downstairs! All locks on the doors are new as well. The floors are carpet, one room does have a walk in closet & the upstairs room has a connected bathroom to it and is far from the rooms downstairs. I do stay in the master bedroom, but I have my own bathroom that I use. Free internet as well. 1 person per room -6 months minimum -No smoking in the house -No drugs -No overnight guest or 30 dollar fee each day, no more than 3 days -Clean up after yourself
