Home sits atop a private hill with wonderful views of Browns Valley and surrounding hillsides. It is nicely decorated with warm colors and is cozy. Neighborhood Description This neighborhood is very private and sparsely populated, as it is surrounded with property reserved for Fish and Game and the UC Sierra Field Station owns a huge area. Our house is on a dead end street. All of the homes are NICE. There are a few families in the area as well as retirees. Some own horses and other livestock while others do not. The area is zoned for agriculture so there are few restrictions. Wildlife is plentiful and there are nearby walking trails, places to ride a horse and bicycle.
