House is solid at it's core but needs a lot of work. 25% of the roof needs to be replaced. There is a lot of aesthetic damage in the home but most of it is "light to medium". A/C is not cooling (heater works). We have purchased a new home and are anxious to sell this one. ALL OFFERS WILL BE CONSIDERED. Appliances can be included.
