Hey everyone, I have an awesome condo with 3 rooms available for July 1st. They range $825-$875 depending on which room. There is going to be a second bath installed by July 1st and I am turning the dining room into my bedroom (This will be in the lease and I am guaranteeing it). The utility bill averages $50-$100 a month and will be split 4 ways. The condo has a rooftop deck, basement storage, a nice kitchen with granite counters and a dishwasher. There is laundry in unit. The current bathroom has pink marble and is in good condition. There are hardwood floors throughout. The bedrooms are average sized to smaller, they all can fit queen sized beds and have closets. The apartment gets lots of light and street parking is relatively easy but requires permits on certain streets. The apartment location is awesome, you are 3-5 min walking to the green (Heath St) and orange line (Jackson Sq.) stops. There is also the 39 bus and many others. The building is located right behind the MSPCA building and close to whole foods and Centre St. The other roommates have not been picked out but I am aiming for working professionals or grad students. I am a 25 year old male and I run a Real Estate firm/ I am a Real Estate agent. I work about 60-80 hours a week and I am still finishing up my degree at Boston College. I am from the Boston area and I am familiar with almost every part of the city. In my free time on weekdays I usually lounge around watching TV or playing video games. On the weekends I go out to the bars with my friends in Downtown, Southie, The Fenway, etc. I do drink (only social settings) I can show the place with a days notice after 6pm or on the weekends, FYI the pictures are from a past tenant, I am buying new furniture, and intend on moving in 6/15. If you don't mind construction you can move in earlier.
