Fully Furnished log home, montly rental available January Through May at the listed rate. Longer rentals are available through the summer months at a higher rate. Rent includes all utilities, including heat and internet, snow removal and one parking space in the insulated but unheated garage. We can coordinate EV charging with your charger if required. Cable TV is not included. Month to Month tenancy, minimum 3 months, pets allowed with extra rent on a case by case basis. A Cleaning fee will be required over and above the monthly rent and security deposit, fee TBD based on length of stay.
