The rental includes two private bedrooms and access to two bathrooms within a shared home. One bedroom features direct access to a private balcony and an en-suite bathroom that has been fully renovated. Updated bathroom photos will be added shortly. The second bedroom offers great natural light and a comfortable layout, ideal for a bedroom, office, or combination of both. Tenants will also have access to an additional hallway bathroom, providing flexibility and convenience for daily use or guests. Tenants will have access to a shared, fully equipped kitchen with ample storage and space for regular cooking. Everyone is expected to clean up after use to keep the kitchen comfortable for all. The home features two shared living rooms, both with fireplaces, offering flexible spaces to relax, work, or unwind. One is located on the main level, with an additional downstairs living room that provides extra separation and quiet when needed. These shared spaces are well suited for a calm, respectful household and offer room to spread out without feeling crowded. Minimum stay: 30 days Longer stays (3 months or more) are preferred. Lease length: Month-to-month after the initial minimum term, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Rent & payment: Rent is due monthly in advance. Security deposit required. First month's rent and deposit due prior to move-in. Utilities: Utilities and internet are included unless otherwise specified. Shared spaces: Kitchen, living areas, and laundry are shared. Please clean up after use and be respectful of shared space. Quiet hours: General quiet hours from 10:00 PM 7:00 AM, especially on weeknights. Guests: Occasional overnight guests are okay with advance communication. No parties or frequent overnight visitors. Work from home: Some daytime work-from-home occurs, so a generally calm daytime environment is expected. Smoking & substances: No smoking or vaping indoors. No illegal substances on the property. Pets: No pets (or: small pets considered on a case-by-case basis, if you want flexibility). Cleaning: Everyone is expected to keep common areas tidy. Light shared cleaning is expected; professional cleaning may be scheduled periodically. Termination: Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice after the initial minimum stay.
