Well, this is just one of the cutest things we’ve ever seen. There are plenty of varying factors that contribute to a home’s desirability, and having seen many thousands of homes, we can recite those goodies with little effort. Plenty of character, necessary updates, natural light, tall ceilings, floor plan flow, hardwood floors, walkability to restaurants/coffee/groceries, etc. The list is long, and this home has checked off all the right stuff.
