Very large 5 bedroom mobile home. This home is a great deal for all the living space inside. The kitchen is very large with space for seating as well as plenty of storage. The kitchen opens up to the large living room that includes a fireplace. There is also separate den which could make a great office or extra tv room. We allow pets but have a strict pet policy. No animals over 50 pounds. $250 dollar non refundable pet fee per pet and an additional $10 a month per pet. Tenant is responsible for their own water, electric, and gas. Tenant is also responsible for their own lawn care. Off street parking only. No overnight street parking. Anyone 18 or older that wants to live in the home must be on the application.
