    Private bedroom in a 2 bedroom/2 bath furnished 1100 sq.ft. apartment in a beautiful, safe residential neighborhood in North Seattle. I will be working out of state over the next few months, so I won't be around much. Close to Lake Washington, Matthews Beach Park and Burke Gilman Trail. Great area for enjoyable neighborhood walks. The apartment is in a well-maintained, unique, three story apartment building. There is a bus stop right in front, with direct access to UW. Or take the bus north to Northgate for access to downtown Seattle via light rail. There is free street parking and no problem with spots. The apartment is well taken care of and has all the essentials like a washer and dryer, flat screen TV, entertainment system, microwave etc. There is some furniture available for the bedroom as well, if desired. Kitchen appliances, utensils, dishes, etc. are there to use as well, if needed. There is a large balcony outside the living room area. A little bit about me: I am a clean, quiet and friendly professional working in the tech industry. I am looking for someone with similar qualities. Ideally, a single grad student or working professional. Monthly rent includes water, sewer and garbage removal. Electricity and internet are extra but very reasonable. Move-in costs: first month's rent plus a $975 refundable security deposit. Tenants with good references only, please. No pets please. No smoking or drugs.
