We are very family friendly, one of the bedrooms is set up as a bunk room .We also provide a pack-n-play, portable high chair, and lots of toys and games. There is even a ping pong and air hockey table. In addition there is a BBQ, beach toys and chairs and an outdoor gas fire pit. Completely furnished and stocked with all kitchen needs including many cooking supplies like flour, sugar, oil, coffee etc. Utilities and internet included. Everything is included. We provide electric, water, direct TV, internet and trash pickup! We also provide linens, towels and toiletries to get you started. We love pets, but they must be approved. This is a no smoking home. 30 day min. Longer times are available. Renter is responsible to maintain property during stay; ie put out the trash, vacuum etc. One time cleaning fee $250.
