Great property located at South Fork. 3 Bed 2 bath around 900 sq. feet on 2+ acres. On-site storage shed, chicken coop, laundry hookups, and plenty of distance from your neighbors as well as room to park your toys. House is only about a 1/2 mile from the pavement and less than a mile from the South Fork Rec Area. All electric heat and swamp cooler in the summer for AC. Application (background check, tenant history, eviction history), pets (cats, dogs) upon approval with an additional $50 per pet/month. We come in at least twice a year and inspect beneath all the sinks to make sure nothing is leaking. Unit is non smoking indoors. Water is on a well, tenant pays all utilities, with all appliances being electric (No Propane). There currently aren't any facilities for horses however tenants in the past have had horses. We would like a tenant who will sign at least a one year lease.
