North Bend Rd. and Winton Rd. Enjoy a swim in the pool when the weather is nice. Ample parking, central air, on-site laundry and management. Please call and our Manager will be happy to schedule a time for you to see the unit. She will have applications on hand if you would like to apply after seeing the unit. We have our own applications with a fee of $35, not through Zillow. Sorry, but we have a no pet policy. Thank You. 12 month lease. Deposit equal to 1 month rent.
