This sweet home has a large private backyard which backs up to a creek and bike path. The light rail is one block away - it's a breeze to ride downtown or to DIA. Sweet and comfortable layout. Nice wood floors and big window in living room. Gas range. It's a simple house, nothing fancy, but sturdy and nice and cleans up great. I loved ducking out the back gate to run along the creek and along the nature trail. Great neighbors too! I'm in the process of painting and getting things spruced up. I'll be available to show the house this week only, on weeknights, Saturday, and Sunday morning. Everyone who has lived here has loved it.
