Please do not contact our Corporate Office, as the rental is being handled by our Assistant based out of the local area near Whittier. There is no Manager On-Site. So showings have to be set up in advance and will be done by appointment only. The House has been newly remodeled/renovated inside. It is a Ranch styled unit in a Residential Neighborhood. The unit has new carpeting and new vinyl planking wood type flooring. The unit was custom painted and new vertical blinds were installed. Large Backyard, concrete rear patio! Pets- Cats and other small types will be considered, (No Dogs!). All Pets must be indoor Pets only!. Deposit $250 required for each Pet (limit one Cat allowed only), and/or for the other types of Pets contained in a Cage, Tank, Aquarium a deposit could be charged with a limit of a 5 gallons size only allowed. Utilities- The Tenant pays Gas, Electric, Water and Trash.. The Owner pays the Gardening. The backyard will have to be made accessible for the gardening. The tenant would have to check on the availability of Cable or Internet Services and for Satellite Dishes we do have certain Rules and Restrictions. This unit has a one car garage and a driveway that will park 2 additional cars only. The vehicles cannot leak. Until a deposit is received, we will be holding showings by appointment only! We will have applications at the showings. The application processing fee is $40 per adult. Each adult interested will have to complete an application. We will only take certified funds for the application processing fee (cashier's check or money order or cash, no personal checks). Application Processing Fees are not refundable. Also the Agent showing will have receipts! No Section 8 accepted! For a 2-Bedroom, we will only accept a maximum of 5 people. Deposit of $1200 (OAC).
