In July of 2020 whole house went under major renovations. every room got something done to it even the closets got tiled! New items as follows: all lighting fixtures,all faucets and toilets, new kitchen top to bottom, bathrooms completely updated and upgraded! over 5k just in the garage! Preferred Construction preformed all the work in the house and Custom Garages did the garage, the water system is a "Pelican" six stage system with UV light guard basically bottled water quality.Nevada Desert landscapes performed their magic on the front yard as well. We also have a water fountain in the front yard not shown when these picture were taken. this house really has that model home feel.
