We have one room for rent. Is a small cozy 9x10 feet. Shared restroom and access to the kitchen. No parking and no laundry room. Parking will be 100 more. We would like someone professional and responsible. One cozy (size) furnished room available for rent. With the room there is one shared bathroom. It includes all bills and internet with the monthly rent No smoking- drinking- drugs- party inside the home. Very cute backyard where one can spend time meditating or relaxing. Overnight guests not allow. Look at the pictures. Of course it will be empty lol has brand new fan
