We have about 15 different wineries within about a 10-mile radius of us, they are mostly in the town of Fallbrook, which we are adjacent to on the north side. All three of the upstairs guest bedrooms share a full-size bathroom located in the hallway connecting all three bedrooms. Additionally, there is one extremely large ground-floor bedroom that has two Queen-size beds with dual nightstands, dual USB plug outlets, blackout shades, reading lights, a dedicated HVAC system, a fireplace, and two large sliding doors to access the large outdoor patio area. There is also a full-size en suite bathroom in this primary bedroom suite area that includes a large soaking bathtub. The Living room has French door access to the outdoor pool deck area, an oversized sofa sectional, a large cocktail ottoman, a 55-inch smart TV, and overall seating for 16. There is also a movie theater with four chairs and a piano room located on the ground floor level, and both a laundry room and game room located on the second floor.
