Beautiful new home that is very large, so it has a very private feel, close to all the major hospitals, downtown, and Sebastopol. A 4 Mile bike ride to both Sebastopol and Santa Rosa. You would be sharing the bathroom with one other person, but we have never encountered any problems with timing. Full laundry room upstairs, large open floor plan, kitchen, living room, and fully stocked. Please note that one cute 15 lb dog lives here, as well as my 20-year-old son and me. Honestly, most everyone who has stayed has come back, so I am just relisting after 2 years off the site. It's best to conduct an interview by phone, so if you are interested, please call.
