Looking to rent a room in my 4 bedroom house that is occupied by my bf and I only. This will be your own private room with shared living room, kitchen and bathroom. I am open to a small little family (2 adults/ 1 small child) The $1400 month includes the following Fully furnished room and furnished shared spaces Electric, Gas, Water and Trash WiFi and several streaming apps including Netflix, Hulu, Disney + and more on site washer and dryer street parking room includes full size bed, small sofa bed, 40 inch tv and small dresser Deposit will be $1200 plus prorated first months rent I am flexible as long as things are a good fit for both of us. I do keep my grandson every Saturday and Sunday so my kids can work, so I will be selective on whom I choose. There will be no guests, parties or gatherings without approval from me first. Not trying to micromanage but have to maintain the peace and safety of all property tenants. Please see description
