I'm happy to provide additional pictures and answer any questions. You will find other less expensive units, but you will be hard pressed to find one as nice as this. This unit has a direct unobstructed view of the pool, hot tub, and ocean. No sidewalks, no parking lots, and no power lines interrupting your view. The tennis courts, putting green and volleyball are just outside. Not to mention the BEACH! This is one of the very few condo resorts with a hot tub. It is located of the 5th floor of a 6 story building. Also unique to this property; both the living room AND bedroom have the ocean view. Other communities have the bedroom on the parking lot side. Just bring your toothbrush! If you are looking at other units and there is not picture of the bathroom, then ask for one. Ask yourself, "What are they not showing". Also ask when the photographs were taken. Many units looked great 15 years ago. Utilities included electricity, water, trash, cable & internet ($250/month value). Nightly rates for comparable units here are $200 to $275/night. This is a No Smoking property. Anything less than a 6-month lease is subject to the nightly rate of $225/nt plus the 17.5% Transient Accommodations Tax.
