Granite Reef, Scottsdale AZ. 85257. Major Cross streets are Hayden and Roosevelt. (roughly 4 miles off campus or a 10 min drive)...This is 900 square foot 2 bedroom, 2 bath down stairs unit with a patio area for cooking, dining ect... This has a single garage and also includes full kitchen, stove, microwave, fridge, dishwasher, washer/dryer. This is also a poolside condo.Lease agreement is from 7/1/2014 to 6/30/2015. The monthly rent is $976.86 which includes water, sewer and trash. NO SECURITY DEPOSIT needed as I've already paid that in full... That means upon termination of the lease you have potential to make that $200 back.
