The distance between Seattle downtown to the house location is around 15 minutes drive and to UW campus is around 10 minutes drive. The house is right cross the GreenLake, you can go in the the park in one minutes. If you are an employer of Amazon employee, we also have a vanpool that can go directly from home to Amazon Doppler. We depart at 10 am and come back around 6 pm. The house has a lot of entertainment including karaoke, pool table, majiang table, and a huge balcony with lake view. The two bedrooms are located on the second floor. The house has 3 floors with 5 bedrooms and one entertainment room. There is one full bath on second floor which will share by two bedrooms on second floor. There is also a half bath room on first floor. If you want to rent both bedrooms, the space is similar as 2B1.5B. The price is 2300/month including utility. If you want to rent one bedroom, the price will be 1200/month including utility.
