Have you ever wanted to try living in a house? Do you want to be part of a fun ward? Do you want a large shared room within walking distance of BYU campus? My roommate and I are both selling our shared contracts in a cute house in Provo. The bedroom is spacious, has adorable mint green walls and wood floors, and lots of drawers and storage options. If you'd just like one contract, that's okay too, but if you'd like to move in with someone that is an option as well. My contract is available as soon as you need it, and hers is available over Christmas break. You can't beat the price of $250/month. Utlities are not included, but are usually pretty minimal (for September, our utilities were $1.62. That is craaaazy good. It's obviously more when we use the heater, but that gives you an idea about how cheap they can be). One of our roommates already has internet set up, so we just pay her every month if we use it.The parking is awesome. We can fit 3-4 cars on the driveway and then we have 4 street parking passes as well. So that's 8 cars for you or for visitors! Plus, anyone can park on the street before 10pm without a pass. The landlord is also awesome. When our heater stopped working, he was there within an hour and fixed it. He lives nearby, so he's always at our beck and call and he's very laid back. There are six girls who live here, but two of them have their own mini-apartment (with their own bathroom and kitchen) in the back, so the front part of the house is shared with 4 people. So then why are we leaving? Well, I'm getting married and my roommate is moving in with her sister. Please email, text, or call me if you'd like to come see it or if you have questions!
