Great Location! One block from Adams State University. Two blocks from SLV Regional Hospital and Medical Clinics. Safeway and Walgreens are three blocks away. Walking trails and the RioGrande River are just up the street. The house was updated and rooms added on 10 years ago. I personally painted the inside of the house, removed all carpet and refinished the vintage hardwood flooring. The house has been a very successful Vacation Rental for short term for the past two and half years. It is listed on Vacation Rentals by Owner (VRBO #1302804). You can read the reviews on that website. The house is sold with everything in it and can be used as a turn key vacation rental if so desired.
