We are one male and one female seeking a 3rd roommate for a 3-bedroom cozy apartment in Chelsea, MA. Our living environment is 420 and LBGTQ friendly, super chill, and peaceful. Apartment is updated and modern with an awesome view of Boston from our apartment balcony. We are both young professionals with busy schedules and will be in/out all the time. Sometimes the apartment seems like it's all yours! Rent for the room is $917 per month which includes one off-street parking space, onsite laundry, and bi-weekly cleaning service of only the common areas (kitchen, bathroom, and hall only) Utilities are Power, Gas, and Internet which are split between all three roommates (the total we each pay will vary with the weather but will be in the range of $50- $80 per month). Apartment is a 5-minute walk to the Silver line and 10 minutes to the nearest bus stop with access to the # 111, #116, and #117.
