We are currently renting our guest house. It's a little one bedroom apartment with a full bathroom little living room and kitchen. Perfect for a single person or a small family getting on their feet. Animals are fine with a pet deposit. Washer and dryer included. Everything except electricity included in the rent. Everything is included in the rent except for electricity. WiFi is available but not the greatest. It only gets good connection in certain parts of the place so I would recommend getting your own. No smoking inside, there is a space outside for that. No drug users pets are okay with a $300 pet deposit.
